Superior bikes, a well-established Czech bike brand, aimed to expand its presence across Europe in 2023. To achieve this, approached us with their concept, seeking our expertise to create the campaign assets for all their bike categories that would resonate with their target audience across various European markets

«feel the superior moment with Superior bikes»

 

Superior already had the slogan for the campaign «Feel the Superior Moment with Superior Bikes» and a basic concept. Our role was to fully develop the campaign within the constraints of the provided budget and resources. We worked together closely with their team, advising on outfits and the overall mood of the content to ensure it aligned with their brand identity. Additionally, we meticulously selected locations that would perfectly showcase each bike category, enhancing the campaign’s visual impact.

We had to produce a wide range of assets in different media formats and languages. For each bike category, we created:

 

– 15-second videos in three formats: 16×9, 4×5, 9×16

– Voiceovers and subtitles for these videos in four languages: English, Czech, French, and German

– Eight action photographs, both vertical and horizontal

We developed a 30-second brand video featuring a mix of the XF team, XF DC, X-Road, X-Road GR,  and the eXR bikes. This video was designed to encapsulate Superior’s commitment to high-performance bicycles, emphasizing their focus on innovation, quality, and design. The video aimed to communicate Superior’s mission of delivering exceptional cycling experiences for both competitive and recreational riders. You can watch it at the top of this page

The brand video was featured on Superior’s website homepage and used as an advertisement on Eurosport TV during the UCI XCO Mountain Bike World Cups, effectively reaching their target audience.

 

We also edited a 10-second video featuring the XC top model bike with the JB Brunex Superior Factory Racing team athletes specifically for Czech TV to further enhance their local presence

In addition to video content, we shot studio photos to create high-quality images of the bikes. Superior desired a clean, premium look, which we achieved by using a black background. We captured detailed close-ups of the bikes’ main features as well as full shots of each model

This project posed significant logistical and timing challenges, requiring a tight seven-day shooting schedule across six different locations to create a total of 260 assets. Despite these constraints, we successfully delivered a cohesive and visually consistent campaign that effectively communicated Superior’s brand values and appealed to a broad European audience.
